Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrolments confirmed by Metric Insightful invoice. Informational prices on this website are not charges until we issue an invoice and you pay.

Timeframe for full refund

Cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort or workshop start date for a full refund of tuition paid, minus any non-refundable deposit stated on your invoice (if any).

Partial refund

Cancellations received between 13 and 7 days before start may receive a 50% refund. Within 6 days of start, tuition is generally non-refundable because facilitator and seat costs are committed.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees (if ever bundled), custom printed materials already produced for a private workshop, and completed one-day workshops after delivery are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@metric-insightful.digital with your invoice number, full name, and reason for cancellation. We confirm eligibility within five UK working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 UK working days of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Metric Insightful

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of amounts paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

We may offer goodwill credits for documented medical emergencies or bereavement at our discretion. Consumer cooling-off rights under UK law apply where you purchase as a consumer at a distance; statutory rights are not affected.
